Our cedar shake restoration company is seeking a job-site Project Manager to maintain quality control on all projects, supervise and oversee the installation of the roofing project & miscellaneous subcontracted repairs.

Main Qualifiers for the Project Manager Position:

• 1+ years of similar work in roofing or a like industry
• Good time management skills and highly motivated
• Ability to work long hours – 8 hour minimum days and some weekend time as needed
• Zero fear of heights – you will be inspecting the roof work
• Speak fluent English some basic Spanish is a Plus
• Professional and a Team player

Construction Superintendent Duties will include:

• Driving to job-sites
• Keep Inventory of job-site construction materials
• Supervise Crews & Subcontractors
• Track projects with our CRM
• Interact with Customers and Office Staff
• Perform Quality Control Inspections
• Transport materials when needed

The Ideal Candidate Has:

• 2+ years of similar service trade experience
• Roofing or construction knowledge
• Basic computer skills
• Time management skills
• Organizational skills
